Prices for multiple room designs, in-person design, and staging will depend on the number of rooms and the size of your home. To request a quote, select the appropriate option from the list below and include details about the rooms in the space provided. Investor services will depend on the type and size of the property and the desired services. In-person services currently available in parts of Florida and south Georgia.

Virtual Room Refresh
Looking to refresh a room on a budget? This design service utilizes some of your existing items and creates a new look with small changes such as painting and/or updating lighting; ideal if you need to design on a budget.

Updating multiple spaces and want to create a cohesive space? This design service provides a custom design plan for multiple rooms in your home. The plan will focus on flow, color, and repeating elements to create unity and consistency of style.

Acquired a home or condo you would like to flip or rent? This design service can assist you in maximizing your investment. Options include staging, design plans only, and management of the entire process. Ideal for out-of-town investors, first-time investors, and busy investors managing multiple projects.

Want a complete change? This design service creates an entirely new space based on the primary use of the room, color and style preferences, and your budget.

In-Person Room Design
Prefer a more hands on personal approach? A variety of in-person design services are available, ranging from the Room Refresh to Multiple Room Design. You receive a final design plan with the option to have the designer assist throughout the process.

Interested in being more involved in the process? With this design service, you receive two design options that meet your preferences. You select your favorite and based on your feedback, you receive a final design plan.

Staging or Staging Plans
Selling your home and interested in getting top dollar? This design service provides staging of specified rooms or creates a plan to help you declutter and organize spaces in your home. With the staging plan, you receive recommendations for décor updates including painting and replacement of lighting, furniture, and some accessories.
